Job summary

MAX Technical Services, a Tabcorp unit, is seeking a proactive deployment coordinator to help replace site controllers and computers across about 820 venues in Queensland and the Northern Territory. You’ll work closely with operations, technicians and venue partners to keep deployments moving and aligned with program goals.

You’ll coordinate field activity, manage competing priorities, and ensure deployments are delivered safely, efficiently and on schedule.

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
• Strong organisational and coordination skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to remain calm, adaptable and solution-focused when plans change.
• Experienced in project coordination, scheduling, logistics or operational environments.
• Strong communication skills across teams, contractors and stakeholders.

Job description

Step into a role where your coordination skills keep one of Australia's largest venue technology programs moving. Joining the MAX Technical Services team, you'll be at the centre of a major deployment project, helping replace site controllers and computers across approximately 820 venues throughout Queensland and the Northern Territory while working closely with operations, technicians and venue partners.

You're an organised, solutions-focused coordinator who thrives in a fast-moving environment. You enjoy keeping multiple workstreams on track, build strong relationships and stay calm when priorities shift.
