Stone Art Australia is seeking a proactive Workflow Coordinator to join our Melbourne-based stone manufacturing team. You will oversee the day-to-day flow of jobs from order to completion, coordinating with drafting, production and installation staff to keep schedules on track.

The role suits someone highly organized, able to prioritise, work under pressure and communicate clearly across multiple teams. You will maintain accurate job records, monitor deadlines and drive continuous improvements

• Maintain accurate job records and production schedules
• Help improve factory efficiency, communication and workflow processes
• Problem-solve issues quickly in a high-pressure environment

Stone Art Australia are looking for an organised, proactive and driven Workflow Coordinator to join our fast-paced stone manufacturing and fabrication business.

This is a key role within our production team, responsible for ensuring jobs move smoothly, accurately and efficiently from order through to completion and ready for installation.

THE ROLE

As our Workflow Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day flow of jobs through the factory, working closely with staff members, production manager and scheduling teams.

You will ensure everyone knows what needs to be done, when it needs to be done and what is required to keep the job moving.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinate and monitor jobs from order through production
• Schedule and prioritize production workflows
