Job summary

Marsh in Sydney, Barangaroo, is seeking a Senior Consultant - Workers Compensation to join our Workers Compensation team. This hybrid role requires you to work at least three days a week in the office and deliver practical solutions to clients’ workers compensation and risk management challenges.

You will collaborate with a knowledgeable team across national clients, analyze risk profiles, advise executives, and lead client servicing teams while developing new business opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in an advisory or related role.
• Thorough knowledge of workers' compensation legislation and current issues.
• Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to coach, mentor and engage others.
• Ability to identify and convert new business opportunities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management, attention to detail and quality focus.

Responsibilities

• Provide clients with expert workers' compensation and risk management solutions.
• Analyse clients' risk profiles, premiums and policy structures to tailor options.
• Favourable self-insurance experience including claims consulting and placement.
• Engage clients through proactive approaches to reduce risk and improve performance.
• Deliver national workers' compensation knowledge in claims, premiums and policy.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and executives across projects.
• Identify and develop new and expanded business opportunities.
• Project manage client deliverables and lead national client servicing teams.
