Job summary

Techforce Personnel in Melbourne is seeking a Workday Technical Specialist to deliver hands-on support across Workday and HR applications. You will troubleshoot complex issues, assist with releases and integrations, and help improve performance and automation.

The role collaborates with vendors, technical teams and stakeholders to keep HR systems secure, reliable and fit-for-purpose, with emphasis on upgrades, testing and lifecycle management.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday experience in large, complex environments.
• Experience with 2+ Workday modules (HCM, Payroll, Learning, Talent, Recruitment or Integrations).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with ITIL, incident, problem and change management.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide support across Workday and HR applications.
• Manage incidents, changes, releases and system enhancements.
• Troubleshoot integrations, interfaces and data issues.
• Work with vendors, technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Support Workday upgrades, testing and lifecycle management.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
• Ensure systems remain secure, reliable and compliant.
• Maintain key technical documentation and support processes.
