Job summary

Change Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Workday Application Support Specialist to maintain and improve a live Workday HR environment. You will handle Level 2/3 support, configuration, releases, and integrations across a large HR technology platform, partnering with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure stability and security.

You will contribute to lifecycle management, incident resolution, and ongoing platform improvements, while working with external vendors and partners to optimize Workday

Qualifications

• Hands-on Workday support in a large production environment.
• Experience across two or more of the key Workday domains listed.
• Understanding of ITIL service management in SaaS environments.
• Strong troubleshooting and root-cause analysis skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues to business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 2/3 application support for Workday and HR platforms.
• Investigate and resolve incidents and service requests.
• Support Workday configuration changes, releases and integrations.
• Monitor data flows and interfaces for accuracy and stability.
• Coordinate issue resolution across internal teams and external vendors.
• Assist with release cycles, testing and post‑release validation.
• Develop runbooks and support procedures; maintain documentation.
