Job summary

Accenture Australia is seeking a Workday Reporting Specialist to help clients unlock value from Workday Financials and HR by delivering integrated reporting and analytics across the platform. You will design reporting strategies, prototype configurations, and collaborate with clients and project managers to drive finance transformation.

You will join a large, Workday-certified team delivering end-to-end reporting solutions while collaborating with stakeholders to enable data-driven decision

Qualifications

• Workday Reporting experience is a must.
• Experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions across Workday platform (HCM, Financials, Payroll, Recruiting).
• Strong Workday Reporting experience: Advanced, Matrix, Composite, Dashboard reporting.
• Knowledge of Workday Prism Analytics for data integration and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide SME guidance on Workday Financials Reporting integration and management.
• Design and implement reporting strategies to meet business needs.
• Develop plans to integrate multilined reporting within Workday.
• Engage with clients to gather and analyse business requirements.
• Advise on industry standards for Workday Financial Reporting to streamline processes.
