Job summary

AGL Energy is seeking an experienced delivery leader to head the People & Payroll Systems team and drive technology solutions across Workday, GlobalView and eTime. You will partner with People & Culture, Finance and Technology to shape the roadmap and prioritise delivery in support of business strategy.

• Extensive delivery or project management experience across HCM, payroll, or time and attendance systems.
• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll and HCM processes.
• Experience with Workday, SAP Payroll and Kronos or similar platforms.
• Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to deliver complex solutions in a large, matrixed organisation.

About the role

We're looking for an experienced delivery leader to lead our People & Payroll Systems team and deliver technology solutions across Workday, GlobalView and eTime. You'll partner with People & Culture, Finance and Technology stakeholders to shape the roadmap, prioritise delivery and ensure our people and payroll solutions support business strategy.

• Strong knowledge of Australian payroll and HCM processes.
• Functional experience with Workday, SAP Payroll and Kronos, or similar platforms.
• Strong people leadership, stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience delivering complex solutions in a large, matrixed organisation.
