Job summary

Herbert Smith Freehills Kramer is seeking a People Technology Analyst to support the day-to-day operation of our Workday platform and related HR systems. You’ll provide user support, maintain data integrity, assist with system enhancements, and work closely with HR and IT stakeholders to deliver an efficient and reliable people technology experience across the firm.

This role will support offices across Australia and will be based in our Sydney office.

Qualifications

Experience supporting Workday and core HCM processes.
Exposure to Workday modules (Recruiting, Compensation, Time Tracking, Benefits or Payroll) is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with data integrity focus.
Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task within service levels.
Strong stakeholder management and cross-team collaboration in global contexts.

Responsibilities

Support administration and ongoing maintenance of Workday and related People systems.
Provide first-line support for Workday queries and escalate as needed.
Perform data uploads, audits and integrity checks to keep people data accurate.
Maintain process documentation, training materials, knowledge articles and SOPs.
Assist with system testing, upgrades and releases in collaboration with IT and business teams.
