Maurice Blackburn is seeking a People Systems & Reporting Specialist to help shape how our people systems work. You’ll support, configure and continuously improve Workday and broader HR systems, ensuring reliable data and insightful reporting to inform decision-making.

You’ll partner with People & Culture and other teams to deliver system enhancements, dashboards and analytics, while guiding users with training and support to maximise value from Workday and related technology.

Qualifications

• Workday or comparable HRIS with configuration and release management.
• Troubleshoot issues, understand system processes and integrations.
• Develop reports and dashboards turning HR data into insights.
• Present findings and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsabilités

• Configure, maintain and improve Workday and HR systems to meet evolving needs.
• Conduct system and user acceptance testing for enhancements and configurations.
• Maintain security, roles and permissions across P&C systems.
• Ensure data accuracy and integrity for employee/workforce data.
• Develop Workday reports, dashboards and people analytics for decision-making.
• Provide training and guidance to the P&C team on Workday and related tech.
• Support leadership/reporting including governance and regulatory reporting (e.g., WGEA).
