Job summary

BDO is seeking a Workday Finance Analyst to join its Product team and help optimise, support and enhance the Workday Finance platform. You’ll work with Finance and Technology stakeholders to ensure reliability, security and efficient use of the system.

The role suits someone who blends technical expertise with stakeholder engagement, problem-solving and continuous improvement. A bachelor’s degree in Accounting/IT is desirable and Workday certifications are highly regarded.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting and improving finance or ERP systems.
• Background in accounting or finance is highly regarded.
• Knowledge of system configuration, security and reporting in finance/ERP.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements elicitation.
• Workday certifications are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and administration across Workday Finance modules.
• Troubleshoot system issues and user queries to minimise disruption.
• Monitor and enhance Workday configurations to support evolving needs.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to deliver practical system solutions.
• Support testing activities for system changes and releases.
• Assess impact of Workday biannual releases and adopt new functionality.
• Develop and maintain documentation such as process flows and guidance.
• Ensure changes are documented, tested, approved and deployed per governance.
