BDO is seeking a Workday Finance Analyst to join the Product/Finance technology team in Australia. You will support and optimise Workday Finance modules, collaborate with stakeholders across Finance and Technology, and help ensure reliable, secure, and well-utilised systems to enable efficient business operations.

The role suits a systems-focused professional who enjoys problem-solving and continuous improvement through technology, with a background in accounting or finance and exposure to ERP

Qualifications

• Experience with Workday or other enterprise finance/ERP systems in a support, optimisation or delivery capacity.
• Finance/Accounting background is highly regarded.
• Strong knowledge of configuration, security, and reporting in finance/ERP platforms.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support and administration across Workday Finance modules (Financial Accounting, Assets, Expenses, AP/AR, Projects).
• Troubleshoot system issues and user queries to minimise business disruption.
• Maintain and enhance Workday configurations to meet evolving requirements.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to deliver practical system solutions.
• Support testing activities for changes and releases; assist with adoption of new functionality.
• Develop and maintain documentation including business process flows and guidance.
