BDO Australia is seeking a Workday Finance Analyst to join their Product team and drive optimisation, support and enhancement of the Workday Finance platform. You will collaborate with Finance and Technology stakeholders to ensure the system remains reliable, secure and fit-for-purpose, enabling efficient business operations.

Qualificações

• Experience with Workday or other ERP systems in a support, optimisation or delivery capacity.
• Experience in finance functions or supporting finance processes.
• Strong knowledge of system configuration, security, BP frameworks and reporting.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to take ownership of issues and enhancements.
• Well-developed analytical and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience eliciting and validating business requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day support and administration across Workday Finance modules.
• Troubleshoot system issues, incidents and user queries.
• Monitor, maintain and enhance Workday configurations.
• Partner with Finance and stakeholders to deliver fit-for-purpose solutions.
• Support testing activities for system changes and releases.
• Assess impact of Workday releases and adopt relevant functionality.
• Develop and maintain business process flows, configuration design and user guidance materials.
• Ensure changes are documented, tested, and deployed per governance.
