Charterhouse + ACU is seeking a Program Coordinator for the Workday ERP Transformation Program. You will independently coordinate defined project streams, manage risks and dependencies, and provide governance-driven project advice across a matrix team involving business, technology and vendors.
Key responsibilities include delivering integrated schedules, leading cross-functional workshops, monitoring performance metrics and reporting to senior leadership.
We’re excited to share that Charterhouse has been selected as ACU’s recruitment partner for a handful of critical hires on their Workday ERP Transformation. This is one of them, and we’d love to hear from you if it sounds like your kind of challenge.
ACU has a bold vision for its future. Vision 2033 sets out its mission as a Catholic university to be a “Christian presence in the university world,” helping shape the coming generations in Australia and beyond by enabling flourishing lives, fostering thriving communities and building a more ethical future.
ACU is a publicly funded university with seven campuses around Australia, more than 200 partner universities on six continents and a campus in Rome. It’s one of the largest university contributors to the care economy in Australia and ranks among the top universities worldwide. Staff are supported with a positive culture, generous leave and flexible work arrangements, and everyone is welcome to engage with the mission, whether as Catholics, members of other faiths, or people with no religious affiliation who embrace the vision and strategic direction.
The Corporate Services Portfolio enables and fosters an engaging student and workplace experience through services aligned to ACU’s Identity and Mission and Strategic Plan. Its priorities are to lead with respect, integrity and courage, strive for excellence through continuous improvement, deliver quality services to students, staff and stakeholders, work collaboratively, and act responsibly and sustainably in the stewardship of resources.
The Workday ERP Transformation Program is a multi-year enterprise initiative delivering an integrated Human Capital Management, Payroll, Time Tracking & Scheduling and Financial Management platform. It brings business, technology, change and operational teams together to redesign processes, improve data quality, strengthen compliance and enable contemporary digital services. Program team members work in a matrix environment, collaborating across multiple functional and project teams while staying accountable to program leadership for agreed outcomes and milestones.
The Program Coordinator independently coordinates defined project streams and complex work packages across the ERP Program. You’ll use your professional judgement to plan delivery, analyse project performance, manage risks and dependencies, coordinate stakeholders and recommend solutions to emerging issues. Working within an established governance framework, you’ll provide authoritative project advice and contribute to enterprise-wide program outcomes.
This role doesn’t require a Working with Children Check. Preferred candidates will need to complete mandatory pre-employment declarations and background checks, including those related to gender-based violence and foreign interference, in line with ACU’s compliance requirements.
