Accenture Australia is seeking a Workday Data Senior Analyst to support data conversion efforts for Workday Cloud HCM & Financials. You will convert legacy data, build ETL pipelines, validate loaded data, and collaborate with clients to ensure data quality and smooth transitions.

This role requires 1+ years in consulting or equivalent, and 4 days on-site in Melbourne. Strong communication, data migration experience across SAP/Oracle/PeopleSoft, plus familiarity with XML/XSD/XSLT and ETL tools

Competenze

• 1+ years’ consulting or equivalent experience in data conversion.
• 2+ years in HRIS data migration with Workday experience.
• 1+ years working with XML, XSD, XSLT or XPath.
• Experience with ETL tools and databases.
• Experience in at least 2 full lifecycle ERP data conversions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Mansioni

• Assist with converting legacy data into Workday Cloud HCM & Financials.
• Create ETL scripts to transform and load data for Workday.
• Validate data loaded into Workday and ensure quality.
• Map legacy data and identify data quality issues on projects.
• Communicate with project/client leadership and manage risks.
