Job summary

Service Stream is seeking multiple Grounds Maintenance Operators for permanent full-time roles based in Woomera, SA. You will operate plant equipment, perform general labouring and assist tradespeople on construction, agricultural, and infrastructure projects in outdoor environments.

You will contribute to safe site operations, including equipment checks, soil condition assessment, and adherence to site plans and safety protocols. A DEFENCE clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Australian citizen with ability to obtain Defence Security Clearance.
• Familiarity with OH&S procedures and PPE usage.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and clear land for construction, agriculture, or infrastructure projects.
• Operate plant and construction machinery safely and efficiently.
• Load, transport, and handle materials and equipment.
• Perform manual labour including digging, lifting, and trenching.
• Support tradespeople and crews with general site tasks.
• Conduct equipment checks and report faults or hazards.
