Job summary

Qantas Airways is seeking a System Implementation Lead for Operations and Logistics (WMS) to drive the deployment of Manhattan WMS across QE Supply Chain Renewal. You will shape warehouse processes, ensure inventory accuracy, and prepare go-live readiness across multiple ports, with a focus on warehouse execution and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Experience implementing or supporting a WMS, preferably Manhattan WMS, with RF handhelds.
• Ability to lead change and influence stakeholders across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, and regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Design pragmatic, efficient operational supply chain processes for warehousing and related functions (receipting, waving, order dispatch, inventory accuracy).
• Lead WMS testing and validation across receiving, put-away, replenishment, picking, dispatch, cycle counting, scrap, and material sales processes.
• Validate warehouse workflows, system integrations, local drop-point routes and transactions across Manhattan WMS, Maintenix, and Oracle.
• Build and maintain test scripts, capture results, and provide input into system configuration and training materials.
• Design reporting to improve processes, especially cycle-counting, audit trails, and reconciliation across systems.
• Create data readiness glide paths and training on WMS processes, RF devices, and inventory management.
