Job Details
Infrastructure Engineers implement, manage and retire the infrastructure (including physical, virtual, networking and cloud infrastructure) that supports digital services. This process is specifically targeting Wintel Engineer skills. Vendor to hold current Defence Industry Security Program (DISP) membership. Candidates must hold NV2 or TSPV security clearance. NV2 or TSPV must be current at time of submission for candidate to be eligible.
Key Duties and Responsibilities
- Implement security controls to uplift security posture across the Australian Government.
- Develop SOPs or security and administrative tasks.
- Facilitate and participate in workshops for design and remediation activities.
- Prototype security configurations for the development of advice.
Selection Criteria
The buyer has specified that each candidate must provide a response to each criterion. Each response is limited to 3000 characters.
Essential criteria
- At lease 5 years technical Cyber Security experience.
- Demonstrated experience working with security focus on enterprise systems.
- Experience implementing one or more of the Essential Eight Mitigation Strategies.
- Demonstrated experience with scripting or application development to automate system administration or vulnerability assessment tasks, or to implement tools to assist with assessing or remediating cyber risks.
Desirable criteria
- Demonstrated experience working with cloud systems, such as Azure or AWS.
- Demonstrated experience evaluating and implementing remediation activities correlating to the detection and mitigation of Active Directory compromises.
