Wingboy Newtown is seeking a Restaurant Manager who can run a tight ship while keeping the energy through the roof. If you love hospitality, thrive on a buzzing floor, and know how to get the best out of a team, this one's for you.

You will lead day-to-day operations across front-of-house and kitchen, motivate your team, ensure every customer walks out buzzing, and maintain health and safety standards while growing sales.

What you'll be doing

• Running the show day-to-day operations across front-of-house and kitchen

• Leading, motivating, and getting the best out of your team

• Making sure every customer walks out buzzing

• Keeping on top of health, safety, and hygiene like second nature

• Watching the numbers and finding ways to grow sales

What you'll bring

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar

• Leadership that people actually want to follow

• Sharp communication and a genuine passion for customer experience

• Current RSA

• Full working rights in Australia

• Current First Aid certificate
