Job summary

Wingstop Australia is seeking a Restaurant Manager to lead a high-energy team and drive exceptional customer experiences across store operations in a fast-paced setting.

You will own the P&L, coach staff, and ensure Wingstop’s legendary flavour and service standards are delivered every shift. This role rewards strong leaders with growth opportunities in a rapidly expanding brand.

Qualifications

• Experience in a hospitality leadership role (Assistant Manager, Restaurant Manager or Multi-Unit Leader) in a fast-paced environment.
