Job summary

Casella Family Brands is seeking a motivated Laboratory Manager to oversee daily laboratory operations supporting wine production, quality assurance and packaging. You will lead a team of staff, manage workflows and maintain equipment and testing programs to ensure accurate, timely analyses.

The role requires proven leadership, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise in a fast-paced production environment, particularly during vintage.

• Support bottling QA activities and wine show preparation as needed.
