Qualifications

• Tertiary or equivalent degree in Winemaking or Oenology.
• Demonstrated large winery experience.
• A team player with effective leadership and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work independently, managing your own workload and priorities.
• Show evidence of excellent supervision, organising and planning skills includinguse of computer systems
• Demonstrate good presentation and effective communication skills
• A practical understanding of running a large winery on a profitable basis
