Job summary

De Bortoli Wines is seeking an experienced Cellar Supervisor to lead the cellar team in a fast-paced wine production environment. Reporting to the Wine Production Manager, you will supervise daily workloads, ensure safe operations, and maintain production records.

You will mentor Cellar Operators, implement Standard Work Instructions, and drive continuous improvement across quality, safety and efficiency while adapting to vintage periods and varying shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' cellar experience within a winery environment.
• Proven leadership of production teams.
• Strong knowledge of WHS and safe work practices.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Comfortable with owning day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the daily workload of Cellar Operators.
• Plan and execute vintage and non-vintage cellar operations.
• Operate winery machinery and perform cellar tasks.
• Provide technical leadership, training and mentoring.
• Ensure safety, quality and production records are maintained.
• Develop and maintain Standard Work Instructions.
• Oversee WHS and QHSE compliance within the cellar.
