Vinarchy is seeking a Vintage Winery Records Clerk to join the Berri Wineries Operations team and help ensure data accuracy and smooth processes across receivals, despatches, transfers and bottling. You’ll support winemakers and cellar teams with data management, documentation and audits in a collaborative, safety‑conscious environment.

You will contribute to quality, safety and continuous improvement, building strong relationships across winemaking and support teams.

Competenze

Experience in the wine industry or related field (desirable).
Strong numeracy and exceptional attention to detail.
Excellent organisational skills and adaptability.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work overtime during peak periods.

Enter operational data for receivals, despatch, transfers, additions, racking, truck movements, container loading, bottling
Prepare and maintain reports, documents and barrel cards
Support winemakers, cellar staff and operations leaders to troubleshoot and ensure accurate data management
Conduct filing, archiving and housekeeping audits
Provide general administrative support across the Winery Operations team
Assist with company functions and activities
Build strong working relationships across winemaking, cellar operations and support teams
Communicate professionally and clearly with all stakeholders
Follow QSE policies, procedures and legislation
Report concerns that may impact people, product or reputation
Participate in training, audits and continuous improvement activities
