Job summary

Vinarchy is seeking a Vintage Winery Records Clerk to join the Barossa Wineries Operations team. You will help keep the engine room of winemaking running smoothly by ensuring data accuracy, maintaining records, and supporting the winemakers and cellar teams.

You’ll contribute to continuous improvement, uphold safety and quality standards, and collaborate across winemaking, cellar operations and support teams to keep processes efficient and compliant.

Qualifications

• Experience in wine industry is desirable.
• Strong competency with Microsoft Office and Windows-based systems.
• Excellent organisational skills and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Enter operational data for receivals, despatch, transfers, additions, racking, truck movements, container loading, bottling.
• Prepare and maintain reports, documents and barrel cards.
• Support winemakers, cellar staff and operations leaders to troubleshoot and ensure accurate data management.
• Conduct filing, archiving and 5Stars housekeeping audits.
• Provide general administrative support across the Winery Operations team.
