Job summary

Baileys of Glenrowan is seeking a Winery Administrator to support the Senior and Operational Winemakers in the day-to-day administration of the Winery site. The role is 24 hours per week with additional hours during the vintage period (February to April).

This part-time position involves general site administration, electronic records, hazard and incident reporting, and coordinating WHS meetings. The ideal candidate will be organized, detail-oriented and comfortable working with a small team.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated administration experience of 1-2 years.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Team-oriented with a willingness to be involved.

Responsibilities

• General site administration and record-keeping for the winery.
• Assist with electronic winery records and hazard/incident reporting.
• Support WHS meetings with minute-taking and distribution.
