Job summary

Vinarchy seeks a Channel Lead - RTD to build our wine-based RTD presence with Coles and Endeavour Drinks Group. You will own senior RTD buyer relationships and lead commercial negotiations to establish range, pricing, promotions and activation.

You will translate RTD ambition into sustainable distribution, share and profitability, identifying growth opportunities and partnering with Marketing and Category teams to turn shopper insights into compelling RTD propositions.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing national retail customers (Coles, Endeavour and/or overseas equivalents).
• Recent experience in ANZ RTD space.
• Demonstrated success building or expanding a category in RTD/beverage.
• Strong RTD/beverage category exposure with innovation and formats.

Responsibilities

• Own senior RTD buyer relationships at Coles and Endeavour Drinks Group.
• Lead all commercial negotiations across ranging, pricing, promotions, space and activation.
• Translate RTD ambition into distribution, share and profitability outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities and develop customer-specific RTD plans aligned to Joint Business Plans.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Category teams to turn insights into RTD propositions.
