Job summary

Oatley Fine Wine Merchants – St Leonards Park NSW is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Officer to join our team on a part-time basis (22.8 hours/week), mainly Monday and Tuesday and either Wednesday or Friday. You will accurately processing customer orders and address inquiries from customers or the sales team.

This role requires strong organisation, ability to work independently or in a team, data entry accuracy, and basic MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a similar role involving processing high-volume orders and customer/sales support.
• Strong teamwork abilities with the capability to work autonomously when needed.
• Wine knowledge preferred but not mandatory.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Proven data entry experience with high accuracy levels.
• Ability to prioritise tasks and manage multiple deadlines under pressure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
