Job summary

Rowlee Wines Pty Ltd in Nashdale, NSW, invites experienced waiters to join our team in full-time or part-time roles. You will deliver attentive table service, guide guests through the menu and wine pairings, and maintain high dining room standards.

You will work closely with kitchen and front-of-house staff, handle guest questions professionally, support weddings and private events, and help train junior staff while upholding RSA and food safety.

Qualifications

• Premium restaurant, winery, or hotel experience.
• NSW RSA certificate holder.
• Strong wine knowledge and menu literacy.
• Excellent communication with a warm, professional manner.
• High standards of personal presentation.
• Availability for weekends, evenings and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Deliver attentive table service and run your own section.
• Guide guests through the seasonal menu and recommend wine pairings.
• Serve wine professionally, including opening and decanting.
• Keep the dining room presented to a high standard.
• Work closely with kitchen and front‑of‑house team.
• Handle guest questions and issues calmly and professionally.
• Support weddings and private events.
• Help train and mentor junior staff.
• Maintain RSA and food safety standards.
