Qualificações

• Hospitality qualification required (Certificate III or Diploma)
• 1–3 years' experience in a Section Waiter/Sommelier or similar front-of-house role
• NSW RSA certificate and full working rights in Australia

Responsabilidades

• Manage a designated restaurant section during lunch and dinner
• Provide professional, attentive wine and dining service
• Welcome guests and build rapport for a memorable experience
• Explain menu items, ingredients and daily specials
• Recommend wines and pairings with food and guest preferences
• Handle wine service steps: present, open, decant, serve
• Maintain knowledge of wine list and beverage offerings
• Take and process orders using the restaurant POS system
• Communicate allergies and dietary needs to kitchen
• Support service standards and guest satisfaction across the team
