Job summary

XPT Software in Canberra is seeking an experienced Windows 365 / Microsoft 365 SME to design, implement, administer, and support cloud and end-user computing environments. The role provides technical leadership across Windows 365 Cloud PC, Intune, Entra ID, and Microsoft 365, aligned with Australian Government security requirements.

Qualifications

• NV1 security clearance or ability to obtain
• Strong hands-on Windows 365 Cloud PC experience
• Extensive Intune/Endpoint Manager expertise
• Advanced knowledge of Entra ID / Azure AD
• Experience with Conditional Access and MFA
• Experience in Australian Government environments
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder communication

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, configuration, and policies.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID including CA, MFA, and identity lifecycle.
• Support Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Develop endpoint security and compliance policies.
• Troubleshoot Windows 365, Intune, Windows 11, networking, and connectivity issues.
• Automate tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
• Monitor service health, security posture, and capacity.
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and service-management teams.
• Ensure compliance with Australian Government security requirements.
• Produce technical docs and runbooks.
• Support architecture, migration, and continuous-improvement initiatives.
