Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking an experienced Windows 365 / Microsoft 365 SME to design, implement, administer, and support Microsoft cloud and end-user computing environments within Australian Government security requirements. The role requires hands-on expertise across Windows 365 Cloud PC, Intune, Entra ID, and Defender security tools.

You will lead in architecture, migration, deployment, and continuous improvement, while producing documentation and runbooks.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Windows 365 Cloud PC.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID /Azure AD.
• Experience implementing and managing Microsoft Intune and Endpoint security policies.
• Familiar with Australian Government security, compliance, and information management requirements.
• MS certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, SC-400 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage Windows 365 Cloud PC environments.
• Administer Microsoft Intune for device management, configuration, compliance, applications, and policies.
• Manage Microsoft Entra ID including users, groups, authentication, Conditional Access, MFA, and identity lifecycle.
• Support and administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
• Develop and maintain endpoint security and compliance policies.
• Automate administration tasks using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph.
