Seed Heritage is seeking a talented Cluster Visual Merchandiser to join our Northern Beaches cluster. This role ensures our high standard of merchandising presentation is consistently applied across concession and concept stores.

You'll apply VM guidelines, identify opportunities to increase sales with Store Management, maintain VM standards, and support the Windows team with implementing Window and InStore concepts. Minimum 2 years of fashion retail merchandising experience required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years merchandising experience for fashion retailer.
• Strong time management, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are currently seeking a talented and committed Cluster Visual Merchandiserto join the Northern Beaches Cluster. This position is responsible for ensuring our high standard of merchandising presentation is consistently applied across our concession and concept Stores.

THE ROLE:

• Applying/interpreting and implementing the in store VM Guidelines
• In conjunction with the Store Management Team, identifying and actioning merchandising opportunities to increase sales
• Maintaining VM standards and store presentation standards
• Assisting the Windows Team with installing the Window & Instore VM Concept.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Minimum of 2 years merchandising experience for fashion retailer
• Possess excellent time management, organisational and communication skills
• Be able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Have a passion for merchandising and for attention to detail
