Qualifications

• Knowledge of the Windorah community and its opportunities and challenges.
• Proven ability to build relationships and engage with diverse community groups.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and wide range of stakeholders.
• Experience in coordinating community activities or events is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Identify community needs and connect residents with services and activities.
• Support local wellbeing initiatives and share information/resources.
• Collaborate with community groups, organizations and visiting services to deliver outcomes.
• Maintain up-to-date community information to help residents access support.
