Wellways Australia is seeking a Health Linker to help people access health, community and social supports across the Murrumbidgee region. You will work with multidisciplinary teams to turn connections into meaningful opportunities for participation, belonging and recovery.

The role requires tertiary qualifications in related fields, trauma-informed practice, and a commitment to recovery-oriented care. It includes travel, strong documentation, and collaboration with GPs and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Experience working with people experiencing mental health or psychosocial challenges.
• Commitment to person-centred, recovery-oriented practice.
• Ability to listen, understand and work with people as experts in their own lives.
• Strong organisation and documentation skills.
• Ability to build community networks and reduce isolation.

Responsabilités

• Connect people to health, community and social supports to improve wellbeing.
