Job summary

Worley is hiring Wind Turbine Technicians for permanent roles based in the Ararat/Crowlands area. Two positions are available: one with an electrical background and one with a mechanical background.

You will maintain wind turbines, perform repairs, and participate in training to support a growing renewable energy portfolio. Qualifications

• Accredited trade qualifications in electrical or mechanical fields.
• Willingness to travel to remote sites as required.
• Commitment to health, safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform planned preventative maintenance and equipment checks on wind turbines.
• Diagnose faults and perform repairs or replacements of defective components.
• Complete corrective maintenance to restore turbine performance and uptime.
• Record work activities, parts and time in the maintenance system.
• Participate in on-the-job and formal training and share expertise with the team.
• Travel between sites to support maintenance activities as needed.
