The successful candidate will own WHSE documentation, lead incident investigations, and analyse safety data to sustain Monford’s industry-leading safety standards. Perth-based with DIDO arrangements offered.

In this role, you’ll play a vital part in strengthening our safety culture — enhancing systems, conducting risk assessments, and driving positive change in behavioural safety. You’ll take ownership of WHSE documentation, lead incident investigations, and analyse safety data to help us maintain our industry‑leading standards.
The successful candidate will ideally be based in Perth and the role will be DIDO (Drive in Drive Out).
