Job summary

Liontown Resources Limited seeks a skilled WHS training specialist to design and continuously improve the Kathleen Valley training framework. The role provides day-to-day leadership to WHS Trainers and acts as the expert on training design and delivery across the business.

You will lead cross-functional initiatives, coordinate input from WHS, Operations and People & Culture, ensuring compliance with legislative standards in a large mining operation.

Qualifications

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent required.
• Diploma or tertiary qualification in WHS, education or adult learning desirable.
• Extensive experience in workplace training and development.

Responsibilities

• Design and continuously improve WHS training framework at Kathleen Valley.
• Lead and coach WHS Trainers to develop performance.
• Act as SME for training design and delivery standards.
• Provide technical guidance to site trainers and WHS teams on standards.
• Coordinate cross-functional training initiatives with WHS, Operations and People & Culture.
• Ensure training aligns with legislative requirements and industry standards.
