Job summary

Department Of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation And Safety in WA seeks a Team Manager Retail & Service Industries to lead a team of inspectors and drive high standards of WHS investigations and regulatory enforcement.

You will set expectations, develop capability, manage resources, and work with stakeholders to improve safety outcomes across workplaces while aligning with the Directorate’s priorities and policies.

• Experience leading regulatory investigations and health and safety outcomes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders.
• Ability to plan, prioritise, and manage complex projects in a regulatory environment.
