Job summary

Suncare Community Services Ltd in Queensland is seeking a dedicated Business Partner for WHS and RTW. You will collaborate with leaders to provide strategic and operational support while promoting safety and wellbeing across a multi-site environment.

The ideal candidate holds a tertiary qualification in Workplace Health and Safety and has a minimum of two years of experience in the field, with strong knowledge of the relevant legislation and best practices. This role offers flexible working options to support a healthy work-life balance.

Qualifications

• Minimum two (2) years’ experience in WHS and RTW field.
• Strong knowledge of Work Health and Safety Act 2011 (Qld).
• Experience in best-practice WHS frameworks, ideally in aged care.

Responsibilities

• Provide advice on risk management across a multi-site environment.
• Manage incident, hazard, injury management and return-to-work processes.
• Build capability through coaching and training leaders on WHS matters.
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation, aged care requirements.
