Reo Group is seeking a proactive WHS Officer to support the day-to-day WHS function across our operations in South Australia. You will help implement and improve the WHS Management System, promote safe practices, and ensure regulatory and company standards are met.

You'll coordinate training and inductions, contribute to audits and toolbox talks, support return-to-work processes, and engage with staff and contractors to foster a practical safety culture across sites.

Qualifications

• Relevant WHS qualification or working towards one.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Support the implementation, improvement, and maintenance of WHS systems and documentation in line with company standards and regulatory requirements
• Promote WHS awareness, incident prevention, and safe work practices across operational sites and in the office
• Administer the digital WHS management system, ensuring records, registers, and documentation are accurate, current, and audit-ready
• Coordinate WHS training, inductions, high-risk work licence records, competency management, and emergency preparedness activities
• Assist with incident reporting, corrective action tracking, and workplace inspections and audits
• Participate in toolbox talks and pre-start meetings
• Support the development, review, and maintenance of operational WHS documentation and training materials
• Assist with return-to-work processes and rehabilitation coordination for injured workers
• Maintain WHS asset registers, including high-risk plant and equipment records
