Job summary

Multiquip is seeking a proactive WHS Coordinator to champion safety objectives across Ardmore Park Quarry and Sydney sites. This hybrid role splits time between on-site quarry safety (2 days per week) and metropolitan project oversight (3 days/week) at Ingleburn Depot, Liverpool Head Office, Austral Workshop and local farms.

You will drive risk management, incident investigations, and WHS documentation while delivering site safety training and maintaining compliance with Work Health and Safety

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of full-time experience as a WHS Coordinator.
• Valid C-class driver's licence and comfortable with site-based travel.
• Certificate IV in Workplace Health & Safety (or equivalent) highly regarded.
• Strong background in risk management, incident investigation, and WHS documentation.
• Familiarity with engineering, manufacturing, transport, logistics, or quarry environments is a distinct advantage.
• Intermediate digital literacy; working experience with digital Safetyreporting systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Safety Manager to implement WHS initiatives.
• Conduct risk assessments, develop SWMS/JSAs, and manage incident reporting.
• Perform site safety audits; maintain document control and update policies.
• Manage quarry WHS compliance under Work Health and Safety and Mine Sites regulations.
• Deliver site safety training and onboard workers.
• Conduct drug and alcohol testing as required.

Multiquip is seeking a proactive and driven WHS Coordinator to champion company safety objectives, drive continuous improvement, and ensure strict compliance across diverse operational sites. This is a dynamic hybrid role balancing site-based safety management at the Ardmore Park Quarry (2 days/week) with metropolitan project oversight across Sydney Sites (3 days/week), including the Ingleburn Depot, Liverpool Head Office, Austral Workshop, and local chicken farms.

Employment Type:

Full-Time, Permanent - Onsite

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with the Safety Manager and leadership team to implement and drive collaborative WHS initiatives.
• Conduct rigorous risk assessments, develop SWMS/JSAs, and manage site-level incident reporting and root-cause investigations.
• Execute regular site safety audits, maintain accurate document control systems, and update WHS policies and SOPs.
• Manage quarry-specific WHS compliance under relevant Work Health and Safety and Mine Sites regulations.
• Deliver targeted site safety training, onboard workers, and foster a robust, proactive safety culture.
• Conduct drug & Alcohol testing as required
