Job summary

RELATBL Recruiting Pty Ltd in Canberra is seeking an APS6 Work Health and Safety Case Manager to deliver WHS, injury management and wellbeing programs. The role includes specialist case management support, high-level guidance, and stakeholder engagement to achieve positive workplace outcomes.

The position is a 6–12 month non-ongoing APS contract with potential extension. It is full-time (37.5 hours per week) with flexible arrangements considered on a case-by-case basis.

Qualifications

• Experience in injury management or WHS with relevant certification.
• Proven ability to engage and influence diverse stakeholders.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

Responsibilities

• Manage workplace health, safety and wellbeing matters, including coordination of support and return-to-work arrangements.
• Provide advice to employees and managers on wellbeing, safety and related compliance requirements.
• Support development and delivery of WHS initiatives and programs.
• Assist with risk management, incident processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Contribute to governance, reporting, record keeping, policy implementation and compliance monitoring.
• Build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support service delivery.
