Job summary

Country Care Group is seeking an experienced Work Health & Safety Business Partner to join the People & Culture team in Melbourne. You will move beyond compliance to partner with leaders, fostering a practical safety culture across retail, warehousing, manufacturing, offices and distribution.

You’ll lead risk identification, incident investigations, policy development and WHS training, while aligning with Victorian requirements and national operations.

Qualifications

• Proven WHS experience across multiple sites.
• Ability to influence leaders and build practical safety culture.
• Strong knowledge of Australian WHS laws and Victorian requirements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with leaders to identify WHS risks and implement practical controls.
• Conduct inspections, risk assessments and investigations.
• Develop and maintain WHS policies and training programs.
• Monitor compliance and report WHS performance to leadership.
