Qualifications

• WHS qualifications and hands‑on experience.
• Ability to support a distributed, field-based workforce.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Practical, solutions-focused approach to safety and risk management.
• Experience in health, aged care or community services is beneficial.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.

Responsibilities

• Champion proactive injury prevention, safety and wellbeing.
• Provide WHS guidance to office-based and field teams.
• Develop and improve WHS policies, procedures and tools.
• Lead workplace inspections, audits and incident investigations.
• Monitor changes in legislation for ongoing compliance.
• Deliver WHS training, education and resources.
• Manage workers’ compensation claims and return-to-work plans.
• Lead WHS and People & Culture initiatives and projects.
