Job summary

Sanitarium is seeking a WHS Advisor to work with Production Managers at the Berkeley Vale and Corella Sites, reporting to the WHS Manager. You will promote safety leadership, drive WHS compliance, and develop training programs across multiple facilities.

The role requires a tertiary WHS qualification and 3+ years in a WHS role, with strong communication and stakeholder engagement. Applicants must have the legal right to work in Australia.

Qualifications

• Qualified in WHS with relevant degree or diploma.
• 3+ years' experience in a WHS role.
• Ability to coach and mentor teams to improve safety leadership.
• Experience developing WHS policies and procedures.
• Experience developing and delivering training programs.
• Knowledge of Workers Compensation.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and collaborate.
• Experience conducting audits and writing reports.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safety culture by leading and mentoring stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with WHS legislation and best practice.
• Apply WHS laws to Sanitarium activities.
• Assist in developing WHS strategies.
• Develop and deliver WHS training programs.
• Lead incident investigations as required.
• Drive initiatives ensuring incidents and hazards are reported promptly.
