Job summary

MLG Oz in Perth WA is seeking experienced WHS Advisors to join our safety team across haulage, crushing, mining and civil projects. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will drive safety performance, promoting positive WHS behaviours on site.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills across all levels.
• Experience conducting risk assessments and hazard identification.
• Proven ability to engage stakeholders and promote WHS behaviours.
• Strong understanding of WHS legislation (state & national).
• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Communicate clearly and confidently at all levels.
• Conduct risk assessments and hazard identification.
• Reinforce WHS behaviours through engagement with teams.
• Build strong internal and external stakeholder relationships.
• Maintain and manage the Site Training Matrix.
• Ensure audits and inspections meet site and legislative requirements.
• Ensure incidents are reported, investigated, and closed out.
• Support injury management and return-to-work processes.
• Act as the first point of contact for WHS advice on site.
