Job summary

Kerman Contracting Pty Ltd is seeking WHSE Advisors for a brand-new non-process infrastructure project with a Tier 1 client. This FIFO role from Perth operates on a 2:1 roster and offers an 18-month fixed term with leave accrual and attractive hourly rates.

You will coach site leadership, promote safety, manage WHSE plans and reports, and ensure training and emergency readiness across mobilisation to commissioning. Long-term opportunities exist within the Monadelphous Group.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a WHSE role.
• Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety.
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment desirable.

Responsibilities

• Coach site leadership and subcontractors on WHSE best practices.
• Promote safe workplace by identifying, eliminating or controlling hazards.
• Maintain WHSE plans, risk registers, procedures and forms through consultation.
• Conduct WHSE inspections and participate in audits.
• Maintain WHSE statistics and reporting to client and project team.
• Ensure training and licenses are up to date and emergency equipment is ready.
