Job summary

Only Sponsorships is looking for a Health and Safety Advisor in Perth on a permanent 8/6 FIFO roster. This position involves proactive support on Health and Safety issues for the Sino Iron Project, ensuring compliance and a safe work environment.

The ideal candidate must possess a Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety, with at least 3 years of experience in the mining/resources sector. The role includes conducting risk assessments, participating in incident investigations, and enhancing safety awareness among teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years experience in mining/resources/construction.
• Current WA Manual Driver’s Licence required.
• Ability to conduct audits and workplace inspections.

Responsibilities

• Conduct workplace inspections and risk assessments.
• Provide Health & Safety input into SWMS and JHEA.
• Participate in incident investigations and develop corrective actions.
