Job summary

Viva Energy Australia is seeking a meticulous Workforce Management (WFM) Compliance Coordinator for a 6-month fixed-term contract. You will monitor rostering, time and attendance compliance, and partner with Operations, Payroll and People across a 24/7 retail network.

Qualifications

• Education in HR, workforce management, business, or related discipline preferred.
• Experience in workforce management, HR operations, payroll support, or compliance roles.
• Understanding of employment legislation, awards, and Enterprise Agreements in retail or operational environments.
• Strong data analysis, reporting and documentation skills.
• High attention to detail and ability to identify trends and risks.
• Strong communication across operational and corporate teams.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring rostering, time and attendance compliance across the workforce management process.
• Identify potential compliance risks related to awards, agreements, fatigue management, and employment standards.
• Coordinate reviews of rostering and timekeeping to support accurate pay outcomes.
• Provide guidance to Operations leaders and Store Managers on workforce management requirements.
• Collaborate with Payroll and People Operations to resolve workforce-related compliance issues.
• Assist with audits, reviews and reporting related to workforce management compliance.
• Maintain accurate records and evidence to support compliance activities.
• Help develop and maintain workforce management compliance processes and controls.
• Monitor trends and recurring issues and contribute to continuous improvement.
