Buildability Group Professional Roles in Sydney is seeking a proactive Building Manager for a large residential site in Westmead. You will oversee four buildings, about 300 units, and act as the main point of contact for residents, contractors and the Owners Corporation.

The role offers a permanent, full-time opportunity with ownership of site operations and a strong focus on presentation and service levels.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Building Management or similar property role.
• Experience with residential apartment buildings or strata.
• Exposure to multi-building complexes and Building Management Committees (BMCs).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident managing contractors and service providers.

Aufgaben

• Oversee day-to-day operations of a four-building residential complex (~300 units).
• Coordinate building operations and maintenance across the site.
• Act as the key contact for residents, contractors and stakeholders.
• Build positive relationships with residents, Owners Corporation representatives and the BMC.
• Respond to resident enquiries and resolve issues professionally.
• Coordinate preventative and reactive maintenance activities.
• Conduct regular inspections of common areas and infrastructure.
• Manage contractors, trades and service providers and monitor performance.
• Support essential services, compliance requirements and building safety.
